How to Practice with a Physical Mandala Set

Sprinkle a small amount of rice or grain onto the clean base, position the largest ring, and form heaps in the four cardinal directions while visualizing the continents of the Buddhist cosmos.
Place the second ring and add grain while imagining precious objects, desirable qualities, and worldly abundance.
