This Tibetan Yellow Jambhala statue depicts the most popular emanation of the five Dzambhalas. He is also an embodiment of Buddha Ratsnasambhava and the Jambhalas are members of the jewel family. Nehulay is always spitting forth precious jewels and also represents Yellow Jambhalas subjugation of the Nagas. Furthermore, the right hand of Yellow Jambhala is displaying the Varada “gift giving” mudra. His right leg sits in panhandle partially extended and his left leg is drawn in. Additionally, Yellow Jambhala sits on a single lotus pedestal and wears the crown and jewels of a Bodhisattva.
