Our Tibetan Bhumpa set was crafted from copper alloy by the world class artisans of Patan, Nepal. Additionally, they embedded the Bhumpa set with coral and turquoise stones. The high quality craftsmanship is evident in the fine engravings that adorn these ceremonial vases. The reason two of them are needed is because during the ceremony one is the “chief” vase and the other is the “action” vase. Therefore, the chief vase stays on the altar for ceremonial effect and the action vase is used for dispensation of holy water during the ceremony. This Tibetan Bhumpa set can be used for purification of persons, objects or buildings.
