All items come with complementary international shipping! Please allow 3-7 business days to arrive in your country from Nepal (usually sooner). From there, you will be contacted by the delivery company to schedule delivery of your item.
However, it is important to note that custom taxes (import duties and taxes) imposed by the destination country are not included as a shipping cost. Some countries have custom taxes, some do not. Kindly, contact your local customs office in advance if you are not absolutely sure if you will be charged or how much.
Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances your order may take longer to process. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Or for example if you elected to have your statue filled and consecrated in Nepal, this generally will require an extra 5-7 days.
Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally, we will ship all orders via DHL, FEDEX and also TNT respectively. However, we reserve the right to use any reputable carrier.
