Our fire gilded Bhumisparsha Buddha statue is sculpted with elegant style. The sculptor took special care to carve intricate engravings and the statue features a gold painted face showing life like expression. Additionally, the Bhumisparsha Buddha statue is named after the famous earth touching mudra. He also holds the quintessential alms bowl in the palm of his left hand.
The statue was handmade in Patan, Nepal using the traditional lost wax sculpting method. Our statue was fire gilded leaving a 24K gold finish. As a result, the statue features a fine golden luster and intricate carvings on the robe and pedestal. It is a beautiful monastic quality statue.
