The sculpture was hand crafted in Patan, Nepal, by traditional artisans using the lost wax sculpting method. The sculpture is completed with amazing details in addition to a 24k gold fire gilded finish. He has a striking red hair, mustache, eyebrows and beard. Additionally, he is depicted with large belly, flaring nostrils and large wide eyes.

Traditional features of the sculpture show lord Kubera with a his mongoose – Nehulay. The mongoose is the natural enemy of the snake or in this case “naga”.
